About Us
The Osceloa Grand Hotel of Evart, located on US 10 next to the Osceola County Fairgrounds, was built in 2002 and franchised as a Super 8.
After several years of association with Super 8, owners Dave Foster and his brother-in-law Neil Pritchard, cut ties with Super 8, with the vision of taking the best parts of Super 8 and adding to it the personal touches of an independent hotel.
They take pride in providing a clean, comfortable, and friendly place for guests to enjoy. As Dave is quick to say, “What once was super, now is grand!”
